This Policy explains how Ferasa Softwares collects, uses, and protects information within Deeni-Connect, our SaaS-based Islamic educational management platform.
We use collected information to operate, maintain, and improve the platform; enable centre supervision; manage exams; send SMS and email notifications; and generate analytical reports to enhance institutional growth.
Maktab data is visible only to its respective Centres, Zones, and Headquarters within assigned access levels. Mumtaḥin representatives are given limited access for exam-specific purposes only.
We employ encrypted data storage, secure authentication, and role-based permissions to ensure protection. Users are advised to maintain strong passwords and log out after each session.
Data is retained for the duration of the institution’s active subscription or as required by law. Institutions may request data export or deletion by contacting support@ferasasoftwares.in.
