1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Deeni-Connect (“the Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. About the Service

Deeni-Connect is a SaaS-based Islamic educational management system for managing attendance, student data, muʿāvin inspections, mumtaḥin exam assignments, notifications, and analytics.

3. Authorized Users

Access is limited to verified institutions and their representatives within the authorized hierarchy (Maktab Muallim → Maktab → Centre → Zone).

4. User Responsibilities

• Keep credentials confidential.
• Enter accurate, authorized information.
• Use only for approved educational purposes.
• Do not tamper with, copy, or misuse system data.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and designs belong to Ferasa Softwares. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the system solely for institutional operations.

6. Data & Confidentiality

User and student data are secured and accessible only to authorized personnel within the Deeni-Connect structure.

7. Service Availability

Temporary interruptions may occur for updates or maintenance. Ferasa Softwares is not liable for downtime or related losses.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ferasa Softwares shall not be responsible for damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

Accounts found violating policies or engaging in misuse may be suspended or terminated without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
